On Tibetan Singing Bowls the singing bowls create a pathway of sounds to enter into our innermost worlds. A harmony of the spheres, balancing both sides of the brain. Previously used in Tibet for meditation and ceremonial purposes, Tibetan Singing Bowls are struck with a padded mallet or rubbed around the rim with a playing mallet to produce a fascinating blend of harmonic resonances and rich overtones. The unparalled collection of rare Tibetan Singing Bowls offered by Bodhisattva Trading Co. Inc. are guaranteed to be authentic antiques from the Himalayas, and are between 100 and 400 years old.
